ALLEN PARK — Detroit Lions rookie linebacker Jimmy Rolder is making progress on a leg injury but spent most of Thursday's practice working on the side with a trainer, coach Dan Campbell said.
Campbell indicated Rolder may not be ready before camp breaks, leaving his early-season role uncertain in a linebacker room already deep in veteran talent.
